Powell Out - Clinton legacy over at FCC
Michael Powell, son of Colin Powell, appointed to the FCC by Bill Cinton has resigned. During his term as Chairman we saw the FCC finally make a decision on the Nextel interference issue.
A good decision would have been better, but perhaps a bad decision will be better than none at all.
With him still on the job for a while, will there be any incentive to complete the negotiations before he leaves, or will the parties see an advantage on waiting for the limo to come to the door for him?
Looks like this will be an interesting year at the FCC.

With VOIP, satilite radio etc… all taking off I think it will be interesting around the FCC for a while.
