What Warranty Comes with the Motorola R7?
The radio only, comes with 24 months warranty. This does not apply to the battery or accessories supplied with the radio.
Motorola R7 Capable and Premium Versions
As you may notice in the feature list above, while there are there are also Capable and Premium version of the Motorola R7 NKP (No Keypad) and Motorola R7 FKP (Full Keypad).
The Motorola R7a radio has a fixed set of features. However with the Motorola R7 Capable version, it can be upgraded through the purchase of a licence activation key to unlock the Premium features. The Motorola R7 Premium version comes complete with all features unlock *

Motorola R7 Digital and Analogue
The Motorola R7 combines both analogue and digital technology, which means that you can use this radio to communicate with existing analogue radios. This is very useful should you have onsite users with Motorola DP1400 analogue radios and you need to get in touch with them while also maintaining access to your MOTOTRBO system.
